There is a Virgin Money card (Visa) which is issued by Citibank and the normal Citibank cards which earn reward points can also be converted into VA points.

NAB has a combination card.

Commonwealth Diamond card has a good points earn rate at 1.5 per $ (and better if you time transfers to when 10 or 15% bonus offers are on). The other (gold, platinum cards) aren't as good.
