Hi, I have booked a rewards seat using my velocity points to go to Paris in business class. The first leg is domestic with virgin connecting to two etihad flights, all with VA code-share flight numbers. My question would it be possible for for Virgin to put my bag right through to Athens if i brought a ticket with Air France, so separate ticket? As i know etihad would do it but Virgin is the one accepting my bag.
What do you think, is it possible ?

If it's VA and EY on the same ticket, no problems.
