Thanks aklrunway and David. Looks as though it'll be considerably bigger than the old Qantas Club. Although, have to say that this was one of my favourite Qantas Clubs due to its smaller size and being completely airside. Interesting how this one compares.

RaciC00l – yes, we now have this officially announced as May 30, see http://www.ausbt.com.au/virgin-australia-to-open-gold-coast-lounge-on-may-30 – we'll be attending a media tour pre-opening and will naturally service up an article with photos very shortly after!
