If I purchase a Qantas Gift Voucher, am I able to redeem it on an Emirates flight using a QF code-share?

The t&c say 'Qantas Flight'. If it's a QF flightcode leaving Australia on EK metal I think this meets that criteria.

Yes, I can concur. 

I used the voucher on a QF code shared Emirate operated flight from SIN - BNE this year. No problem!
