Hi, I'm a Silver QF f/f & tvl to/from Asia+. I book 6mths ahead, with my 4th trip coming up in April, but never able to snag seats 3G or 3J in JQ's 787 business class. Are these ever avail to pax to pre book, say MEL/BKK/MEL ?

First of all your QF status will not help you to get better seats on JQ is does nothing in that way
If its an overnight or longish flight then the seats will be not be for selection
