Rimowa: where to buy in Frankfurt?

Rimowa. I am going to buy a Rimowa cabin piece this month from Germany, any places anyone know of where prices are good in Frankfurt? Also I am tossing up between the matte black salsa, black salsa deluxe or bolero... thoughts?

Hi jet_setter - if you are going to be in the center for Frankfurt you can by it at Kaufhof (large department store). I bought my Rimowa there a few years back.

Are Rimowa bags cheaper in Germany?

There seems to be quite a significant difference online- however they wont let it ship to AUS!!!

San Francisco at an independant outlet in Westfield, cheaper
than the Rimowa store there, and cheaper than HK or Aus.But of course at the time the Aus $ was much stronger than now (
$1.05 I think at the time)

They are significantly cheaper in Germany (Europe in general) and you can also claim the VAT back. My large Rimowa purchased in Frankfurt is cheaper than the small version here in Singapore.
