Can I access the Domestic Auckland Air NZ Lounge before my flight (AKL-Queenstown) with a Business Fare, even as the A320 has no business class and it's not a connecting flight?

So long as you are NZ gold (or Star Alliance equivilent). Doemstic lounges are all about "status" or membership with NZ

You can only gain access to the (Domestic) Koru Lounges on a Business Class fare if you are connecting to/from an NZ ticketed/operated flight the same day.

Otherwise, you will need to have a *A Gold or Koru card in your wallet.

NZ will also let in VA, VS and EY elites to their domestic lounges, as long as your flight has the appropriate codeshare flight number.

Also be aware that you will only be able to bring one guest if using *A Gold to access the the AKL Domestic lounge.
