I don't believe any airline's status affords lounge acces while travelling with Scoot, not even that of Scoot parent SQ!

If flying from Sydney, your best bet is to use the AMEX lounge if eligible and then a Priority Pass lounge in Singapore (such as the SATS lounges) if your Scoot ticket doesn't include lounge access on its own.

Definitely no access. Chris's suggestions are probably the best.
You need the Scoot-in-Style bundle to get access to the SATS lounge in T2.
