Your post is a little confusing but I am going to make some presumptions. I presume your first flight is ADL-SYD in VA economy and then SYD-SIN on SQ in business. Hence why you are asking about SYD lounge access
If this is the case then you will be leaving from Sydney Intl and there is no VA lounge at SYD international terminal. However, you will have access to the Singapore lounge in SYD - it's open from 5am to 7pm

Virgin Lounge Access. I am flying ADL to SIN in Y on VA then ADL to SIN in J on SQ. They are on separate tickets. Can I access the SYD VA lounge?
