Presume you're speaking of Virgin Australia's 'Premium Entry' at Sydney and Brisbane?

Sorry to say, but Premium Entry is only available for Business, Velocity Gold and Platinum and Gold+Plats of partner airlines.

That plus paid lifetime lounge members, just not the year-to-year type. :)

Seems a bit of a silly question but how would they know?
Last time I went through premium entry I simply pass on my phone and it went green on a self-serve machine.
The same machines are also used at the normal entry which makes me wonder if they are configured differently or the same?
