How long does it generally take for VA to process status credits? I am getting close to my renewal and want to make sure it all sails through.

Usually 2 days.
I had a problem 3 years ago when I did the last flight on the ast day and they downgraded me due to a bug in the software.
It took 4 phone call to get it fixed and lso stopped flying Vrgin in the mean time.
Hopefully they have fixed the software bug now.
In Virgin Australia lounges one can not checkhotmail using the computers in the lounge due to the browers being out of fdate. I have reported the issue to Virgin Australia staff in the lounge and online feedback but have had no response.
