ETIHAD Chauffeur update - For those booking multi-stop trips on Etihad website, you may not be entitled to chauffeur pick up/drop off for all flights, but the website fails to tell you this when booking, or give you options to select alternative ticket pricing to ensure you do get the chauffeurs. Ive mentioned this to Etihad and been met with a 'sorry cant help' attitude. Ive now wasted GBP 6,500 on two business class flights, and been passed around from the customer support to their 'feedback' centre and everyone else in between. So far, no change of mind ... all i want them to do is exchange my (four permitted) chauffeurs in SYD for ONE in LONDON.

I guess my next bookings in JUNE and OCTOBER will not be via Abu Dhabi.

Anyone know of someone at Etihad that help ?

Are you using a travel agent.  I always use one for any long distance (as opposed to domestic) travel.  So long as YOU know what flights and fares you want, a travel agent will get you the best of service from the airline. You are but one customer...... a travel agent has many customers and the airlines know this. The go out of their way to be helpful.   MOST IMPORTANT     I AM NOT A TRAVEL AGENT.
