Heads Up - Looks like that Starwood-Marriott merger is now 'off'.
Overnight (Fri), Starwood accepted a USD $13b offer from Chinese insurance company Anbang to merge. This however may see the Marriott offer having to be increased if Marriot wishes to proceeds.
What have you done with your SPG points? Seems like time to hang on to those. The fat lady hasn't sung quite yet.
