Does anyone have access to EY staff travel that can check loads?

Does anyone have access to EY staff travel that can check loads? Flying to Italy in June and back in July all legs confirmed except AUH-PER. Employee is now retired..want to check if confirmed available.

Is there a certain fare class (J, C etc) that needs to be available to have a leg appear as 'confirmed'..?

Thanks Chros for your response. Im not entirely sure about that I don't think it reflects what ticket categories are available. Although if there is plenty left I'm positive it's a good indication that many seats remain unsold.
