I am looking at travelling to Hawaii next year and was wondering what the connections are like from Oahu to Maui and return?

I am looking at travelling to Hawaii next year and was wondering what the connections are like from Oahu to Maui and return? How much time do I need to allow between flights? Is 2.5 hrs enough? Thanks all

Inter-island flights depart from a separate terminal in HNL, but it's a fully sign-posted short walk (or bus ride) and very easy connection between the two. I'd say it's more like connecting to T4 in MEL than it is say crossing between the intenrational and domestic terminals in SYD or BNE. 2.5 hours should be ample.
