Just wanted to see if anyone has flown through HNL on the way back home to Australia before and what their thoughts on the best lounge is. I'm a Qantas Club Bronze, but heard Qantas Club members had their choice of the AA or QF lounge?
QF lounge is hideous. Its clearly been donated to them from another airline. The food is sub par and very limited seating. My recommendation would be to arrive later and enjoy the airport instead!

I've heard the QF lounge is better. You also can't be flying JQ for the AA lounge, need to be flying QF metal.

Were upgrading Qantas lounge last time in Honolulu.(about year ago)..trust it has been fixed...

Agree...QANTAS lounge is the worst experience I have had in a lounge anywhere in the world.
