LAX-SYD Emirates First Lounge

I'm Velocity Platinum flying business VA LAX-SYD late april. Based on info here, i can access the Emirates Business Lounge (or is it First Lounge?), can i take two other pax who are also travelling on a VA flight (economy) that evening on LAX-BNE?
