Can I use my QFF points to upgrade when travelling with another oneworld carrier such as CX? i.e. suppose I am travelling HKG to LHR on CX premium economy, can I use my QFF points to upgrade to business?

I believe that you can only upgrade on a QF operated flight using your QFF points
