A few day ago passing through the check in area at the international terminal, there seems to be hoardings around the check in counters where Qantas are usually located. Out of curiosity, will the new counters be self serve/hybrid and would other counters eventually get upgraded.
I asked about this at the first check in counter a couple of weeks ago. They said that they were building self-serve kiosks "like at the domestic terminal", with only the first and business counters remaining.
