There is currently no AC contact within Australia. The number to use is 0011 800 6699 2222.
Thanks, but that is the one that is faulty: It fast-beeps for 30 seconds then the fault tone comes up.
I just tried to call and got straight through to the AC phone menu? Seems to be fine on my end.

I think there is a country code missing from the phone number - it should have another 1 in it:
