Hi all, haven't been able to locate a thread that discusses the opportunity to offer up the +1 to lounges when you are flying solo for business. I have never thought to offer my +1 to anybody that might be travelling with me on the same flight so just checking to see if there is a forum for this?
Australian Frequent Flyer has a section "Lounge Meetups" and a new thread is used for each month.
Flyertalk also has one called "Lounge Connect" but after the recent re design the link is kinda hidden and hardly anyone seems to use it.
Some Kiwi developer decided it would be a great idea to build a website/app trying to connect people who have a free guest spot in return for payment but as many pointed out on Flyertalk it's actually a breach of many lounges T&C's to offer lounge guesting in return for payment. I believe his site was called "Lounge Share".

26/5 - QF33 Sydney to Osaka if anyone is on that flight and interested.
I am flying QF33 on the 23rd and have a +1 to the First lounge although are desperately looking for another for a third person travelling. Shame the dates miss out by a couple of days. I mainly travel solo and it seems a waste my +1 goes to waste
Hi all, I'm a QFF Gold member and am flying to London next week. That flight will get me to Platinum. Does anyone know if I can access the First Lounge as that trip will get me to platinum status? I'm not sure if I'd be travelling international again so I'd love to experience it.
