A quick question about lounge access in DXB. I understand QF will be using the EK lounge in DXB. I am BA OW Sapphire flying QF Y class DXB-LHR. As part of the OW benefit package I should be able to use a OW lounge pre departure. As QF depart from the EK terminal and use the EK lounge, that lounge is the only option. Will they grant me admittance?
I will be interested to see what Qantas list down under the "Eligible oneworld Status" on its lounge location page for Dubai. At the moment the details for lounge facilities in Dubai is not yet published on the Qantas website. 23 more days before that information should be published...

For travel on/after 31 March 2013, Emerald and Sapphire oneworld members booked and ticketed to travel on a Qantas (QF) operated flight with Qantas (QF) flight number will have access to Emirates Lounges in Dubai. Emerald oneworld members will have access to the Emirates First Lounges and Sapphire oneworld members will have access the Emirates Business Lounges.

The allicance between Qantas and Emirates and not Oneworld and Emirates.. you will not be able to gain entry into the EK lounges at DXB
