In Auckland, Virgin will continue to use the Strata lounge. For Aussie cities, likely will consider etihad or contract lounges such as Plaza Premium or Marhaba. Not sure of other cities.
Latest update I got from a journalist (who was present at a recent VA's announcement) was "they’re still finalising an agreement and will announce soon".

Probably same as their other international fights? I've had Etihad in Melbourne and Singapore in Sydney before.
