As per the norm with USA domestic flights, I've had my domestic flight moved to an earlier departure - leaving me 1 hour 50 minutes, if we land on time ar LAX. Originally was 2 hour 25 minutes.
My question is - has anyone had help making this connection time from a VA flight to a Delta flight?
I've seen that some airlines greet people at the gate to ensure connections are made.
Last time I had this level of connection I was running from TBIT to T3 with suitcases in tow (TBIT domestic transfer wouldn't accept even though tagged), then all the way to the gate. As much as I love a good workout, it wasn't a good start to a trip.
Depends where in the US you fly on to: the following are the minimum connecting times at LAX from VA to DL (according to Amadeus GDS). The majority seems to be a minimum connecting time of 1 hour 50 minutes, i.e. you would be just within minimum connecting times.
