Hi, I recently travelled Premium Economy (W class) on China Eastern, MEL to PVG. Booked as an MU flight number, so I knew there would be no QF status credits but was expecting points earn. On my QFF statement, the flight came back as 0 points, due to not an elegible fare class. I've checked on the QFF Partner Airline Earn table, and sure enough, Premium Economy with China Eastern earns no points on Qantas. Had I have purchased Full fare economy, regular economy, or even the cheapest discount economy, I would have earned points.
Has anyone else noticed this? And do you think I should try and contact Qantas to at least get the points for say, Full fare economy awarded to my account?

No matter how draconian any of the terms and conditions of the program sounds, rules are rules. If they said no earn, it will not earn you anything.

It could be to do with the reciprocal arrangement as QF doesn't have PE then there is no equivalent but having zero reward seems weird.
