Like many I had to cancel travel this year. I’d booked a combination of a paid (there) and points (return) flight. I’ve received my points back, but where on the QF website can I go to “see” my credit amount?
I’m in the same boat. I called them and they said that because I booked a sale fare that is usually not refundable the Qantas system is unable to recognise that it can be refunded. Therefore it won’t show the dollar amount but will show the old flight etc. To redeem you have to do that via their call centre. Their system must be as antiquated as my works...,!
