Qantas have cancelled my flights to and from NZ next month and adding in the other cancelled flights I have, according to my maths, about $3000 worth of flight credits. How do I go about checking exactly what I have? I can't find anything on the Qantas website and I'd like to see what I have in a printed form. What do you think is the best way finding out what credit I have with Qantas?
