Conrad Pune hotel opens its doors in India

Conrad Hotel & Resorts plants its flag in India this week with the opening of Conrad Pune on Mangaldas in the heart of the Pune’s central business district.

Also nearby Koregaon Park, the city’s primary commercial, residential and entertainment districts, guests also enjoy easy access to Pune’s IT and business hubs including Magarpatta, Kharadi, Hinjewadi and Pimpri-Chinchwad, along with the airport.

Each of the hotel’s 290 guestrooms and 20 suites come well-appointed with marble bathrooms, walk-in rain showers and separate soak tubs, while the room’s curtains, lighting and air conditioning can be automatically controlled throughout the day to create a mood to suit the moment.

Guests are spoiled for culinary choice with three restaurants – Coriander Kitchen with all-day dining; Zeera, an Indian grill fine-dining locale and Koji, an Asian specialty restaurant – plus a bar, deli, lobby lounge and even a poolside café:

That pool comes as part of the dedicated ‘rejuvenation floor’ with Pune’s first outdoor temperature-controlled pool, a dedicated kids' pool, whirlpool, a 24-hour fitness centre, a full-service Conrad Spa and a salon.

Over 1,800 square metres of space is also given over to meetings and events with a grand ballroom, meeting rooms and seven boardrooms at the ready, and Conrad’s signature concierge team on-hand in the lobby or available via the Conrad Concierge smartphone app.
