Taking the reins from the former Wyndham Grand Berlin hotel, IHG’s Crowne Plaza Berlin, Potsdamer Platz hotel is now welcoming guests through its doors.

Despite its name, however, Potsdamer Platz is roughly 15 minutes away on foot, but boasts a selection of shops, restaurants and bars to visit in your leisure time.

Within its walls are 237 rooms and 19 suites, including an Executive Lounge plus a rooftop terrace, spa and fitness centre.

Meals are served in The Post with a menu fusing a French brasserie with Mediterranean specialties, cooked in an open show kitchen and adjacent to the bar and public lounge area.

IHG’s Vice President Europe for Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Tom Rowntree, said that “the Crowne Plaza brand is dedicated to business travel that is more flexible, more connected and more mobile.

“We continue to strengthen this by focusing on productive services and spaces, connectivity and fast and fresh food and beverage.”

Members of the IHG Rewards Club loyalty program can earn Nights and Elite Qualifying Points at the Crowne Plaza Berlin, Potsdamer Platz hotel, and can enjoy their usual benefits such as priority check-in, free in-room Internet access, and space available room upgrades.
