The Middle East will see its first Langham Hospitality Group property in 2015 as The Langham Resort in Dubai is added to the map.
As the first ever resort in the group’s global collection, the 323-room resort will be located on the crescent of Palm Jumeirah:

With a prime waterfront location directly facing the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai Marina skyline, all the rooms and suites will boast outdoor terraces and sea-front views that will take full advantage of the Emirate’s year-round sun.

Of the 323 rooms, the new-build property will feature 53 one and two-bedroom suites ranging from 63 to 236 square metres, while 22 of those will feature individual plunge pools.
The Langham Resort will offer guests a wide variety of restaurants and bars, with al fresco waterside dining a common theme. Headlining the culinary options will be Palm Court – lounge space modelled after its namesake at The Langham, London.

Other dining options include a Japanese restaurant, a waterfront seafood restaurant and bar, a niche breakfast room, an Arabic/Italian fusion café, an all-day restaurant with buffet and a la carte selections, a beach restaurant and a juice bar.
For eligible guests, the Club Lounge will also offer complimentary food and beverage presentations throughout the day and dedicated concierge service.

The group’s signature Chuan Spa will showcase 26 treatment rooms, with therapies available and based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine.
A free form pool, exercise studio, and a full range of strength and cardio-training equipment form the fitness centre, while a 445-square metre Kids Club with a fun slide, play zone and themed party area will keep younger travellers occupied.

Where early check-in or late check-out isn’t available, a dedicated (and free-to-access) Travellers Lounge will provide a well-stocked library, entertainment selections, light dining service, business centre and shower/change rooms.
