Does anyone know whether existing confirmed and ticketed bookings with partner airlines have been paid for by Velocity or will partners cancel the bookings as they will not be paid by Virgin for the ticketed flights?

I am constantly amazed that a company such as Qantas puts so much effort into something like this when they cannot even answer reservation calls within 2 hours. Not all customers are Qantas Frequent Flyers but have flights booked with them through One World Partners. If you can't get the basics ...
