One only hopes South Africa's Airlink is invited into Oneworld sooner than later. Cracking route network across the southern contintent, that dwarfs the previous BA/Comair benefits. It's a shame the stop in Walvis Bay (Namibia) enroute from Jo'burg to St Helena is only technical and not commercial.

Via Helsinki with Finnair at any opportunity is my preferred. The longer my journey using AY, the better!

I've flown the AY business cocoon 6 times this year, and it is a ripping product. AY via (CX) HKG and HEL to India and Europe has been longer but far more enjoyable, and much cheaper, than the one stop... if you have the time.

Bums on seats guys, bums on seats. The objective of any lounge operator is to have every seat occupied, surely, albeit at the behest of the most loyal and regular FF. It's nice when there's no one sitting next to you on a flight but do you begrudge the airline for being full? #JustSaying
