Where did the funds for this come from? I thought the airlines were waiting for government assistance to keep on staff?

ANA is the bigger of the two Airlines in Japan and very successful. This strategy makes a lot of sense for them, saves them opening another operation in Brisbane, as they have just opened a Perth Office and daily flight.
