This is a welcome upgrade. The old Amex lounge was an absolute zoo when I was there a few weeks back and even my 11 year old son was disgusted by the poor behavior of some of the "exhibits". At least now there will be more room to escape them, and hopefully the staff will be a bit more vigilant o...
