Unfortunately not!  Had the focaccia with various toppings on Wednesday evening ex Sydney to QLD - bread was hard, toppings inadequate to counteract the drying out and as the flight was late, delivering a bread laden article at 9pm not in anyone's best interest.  Back to the drawing boa...
