I reached out to Qantas on Facebook to try and alleviate some confusion, and this is what I was told:Hi XXXX, you can find row 17 on the seat map here: **seat guru website** . Hope this helps. HelenBit odd that even the airline would direct me to Seat Guru!?

Yes, I thought the 4 class 747 were all retired. The Qantas website shows the 747 seat map, but only going to row 16 on the upper deck.
