Always been impressed by Qantas Premium Economy.  Review didn't mention Wines are usually very decent (Same as J cabin?).   I rate the seat (especially footrest) and service offering higher than BA, SQ and CX.  Recently flew QF Finnair and found without the actual footrest sea...
