Anything that involves New Zealand automatically costs more than anywhere else... !

They’re losing custom with no middle ground offering I.e Premium Economy. It’s either chew your knees or pay a few thousand. 

Just a real shame QF continue to fly dismal wrecks of planes between AKL & SYD.. they’d clean-up if they offered a better experience 

The US tipping culture has infiltrated New Zealand heavily as well and this next step around lounges it just gets worse, do what the locals do in the US its not wanted else where.. It's nearly as irritating as the pronunciation of tomato or oregano. 

Good on you Qatar, someone has to set the standard... Meanwhile Air New Zealand try and scrape together one aircraft with a J seat less than 20 years old, likely for the marketing department to over hype... maybe, hopefully in late '24...  No doubt already out of date.. Qatar do seem to...
