After a recent experience of a last minute plane change, I personally think Qantas would be better off upgrading all their old J class seats to the new fitout so all business passengers that pay to fly in that class get a uniform product on long flights. I think it will be a great idea, and there's always the smartphone to provide an alert from the calendar (rather than an app) for those who may find it a difficult concept. It's so much more relaxing not to hear the constant calls when waiting in lounges OS even though my husband relies on them....
