Seems rather like silly security theatre. If I were a bomber whats to stop me flying to a random European city of my choice then onto a non-stop US flight with my dangerous laptop?

Yeah. CX has always been super expensive ex-AU. The ME3 often offer around 6k return around the Xmas/NY period to Europe and their product is hardly inferior.

Just noticed MH have switched their PER to KUL flight to a 0230 departure. Any idea what arrangements, if any, are in place for lounge access at that time of the night?Cheers

Hi guys,Noticed that google flights designate whether any given QF transcon flight is fully flat, angled flat or recliner, presumably reflecting ex-JQ, Skybed and new business suit aircraft.Any knows if this is a reliable source of knowing what plane you will get when booking?
