Xi'an has the Sleep Box Hotel with their cabins on the Departure Level of T3. Made use of it in July after a late night arrival. Was comfortable and surprisingly quiet, despite the location. Very comparable with my experience with Aerotel, just without an attached lounge.

It will be interesting how a FOURTH Taiwanese regional airline will go. The current third airline being the struggling Far Eastern Air Transport. So it might be a better comparison with FAT, rather than EVA or China Airlines.
