I received my ANZ Black QF card 2 months ago. I spent $5K with the card the first week but am still to see the 75K FF points in my account. I wrote to ANZ via the website 1 week ago but have received nothing back as yet, not even an acknowledgement of my email. Any one else had similar problems?

Oct 05, 2016, 07:07 PMMy wife and I are due to fly to Hong Kong on 19 Oct to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. So unless I win then I won't get to sample the Qantas lounge until FOREVER. Love to go to the airport a day early to test it out.
