They did the exact same thing to the SilverKris lounge in HKG as well.  Decision was puzzling at best. But that is SQ for you these days (like the website that sometimes works).

Completely agree with points 1 and 2. I'll also add: 1. Hotel television remotes which are slow to respond and require you to go through a series of menus before you can actually watch something. 2. Lack of power points.
