Yeah, I know. All the more reason why I should be able to cool the room to 16 degrees to get a good night's sleep.  I start to spontaneously combust when the temperaturre hits about 23 degrees, but my work often takes me to Brisbane.

All London hotels will have all of those annoyances and more. All British hotels in fact. The Brits just don't do hotels. or plumbing. A combination made in hell.
