Unfortunately, SQ has downgraded their product from a 1-2-1 lie flat business on their B777-200ER to their regional B777-200R 2-2-2 angle flat seats hard product. This was rather disappointing as I had booked many months previously to go on the ER aircraft only for it to be switched to this bird....
