    This is probably too late for you, but just in case you need the info for a future trip, the shower rooms at Haneda are pretty good. They cost 1030 yen and towels and toiletries are provided.   • There are flights NRT-ITM or, if you prefer to take the train, taking the NEX to Shinagawa and then changing to the shinkansen to Osaka is easy. Certainly no more difficult than taking the Keikyu line to Shinagawa and then changing to the shinkansen.
