Qantas cancelled my flight a few weeks ago for departure on 21 April. I have requested a refund but Qantas is trying to charge people requesting the refund a cancellation fee which wou...

What's your preferred city for transit or stopover?
Mar 18, 2016, 09:11 AMGood point, would be interesting to see the poll broken down between transit and stopover. For me, I prefer Hong Kong for BOTH transit and stopover, but like yourself others may not mind one of the ME airport cities if it is just a transit stop.

What's your preferred city for transit or stopover?
Mar 17, 2016, 11:21 AMAs a oneworld flyer, Hong Kong is my preferred city for a stop over or transit, with the option to go QF to HKG and then CX/AY to Europe, or CX all the way (with multiple departure times). I tried the QF-EK partnership to Europe last year, but was thoroughly disappointed by the Dubai/Emirates pa...

This is great news, making transfering to a domestic JAL flight so much easier! Earlier this year getting to Sapporo involved flying to NRT and then enduring a long bus ride in traffic for the domestic flight. We almost missed out connections on both the outbound and return legs.

Understandably from a business perspective they have been trying to encourage passengers into accepting Credit Vouchers. At the time the restrictions on the use of th...

Has anyone received the 80,000 Commonwealth Awards points
May 27, 2016, 09:12 AMIt took months and several phone calls for me to get my points. The first two people I spoke to at CBA tried to tell me that I was ineligable because I didn't explicity "opt-in" to receive the points, which I knew was incorrect but they refused to budge. I eventually found a screen shot I'd taken ...

Qantas International Exit Row Seating
Dec 10, 2013, 09:20 AMThat is odd that you say Japan flights are exempt... I didn't think they were given that when I selected my exit row seats the Qantas website noted the $90 fee. They just haven't charged me yet. When I've selected pre-selected non-exit row seats in the past for international flights, there h...

Qantas International Exit Row Seating
Dec 10, 2013, 09:17 AMI'm just QFF Silver. Which I know allows me free advance seat selection, but thought I'd still be charged for the exit row seats. Oh well, not complaining!
