Thanks for posting a sensible intelligent response. I wont be able to use this service, but can see it's value to those travelling with small pets.  The approach taken by VA looks pretty sensible and like they are doing their homework.  Interesting the flights they have been offering it...

It's a vintage Bollinger - as a first pour only.  Its one of the few still family owned houses.  Well worth the difficulty of getting a booking to the vineyard tours btw!

The domestic one is not useless, I have used it many times while waiting for colleagues or to shower and change for a meeting.  I love it.
