Yes - just imagine the increased chaos during an emergency evacuation! No one will leave their pooch behind. Also when the dog/cat urinates, defecates or vomits who cleans it up and how will the smell affect other travellers.

Mad if they don’t but think carefully about how to articulate this. We were with Stamford and that was rudimentary with no effort by the company to renew. ACCOR has special issues and we now prefer 1. IHG and 2. Hilton. Despite this we still love to stay Four Seasons Sydney.
