David, you didn't discuss the toilets. My understanding is that on the 787 (which so far I've avoided flying in) there are only 3 toilets for 42 Business passengers - nowhere nearly enough for all to easily change in and out of pyjamas. By comparison, in First there are 2 for 14 passengers, and e...
